Selection Process And Success Criteria:

– Our selection process includes objective written tests followed by personal interviews to identify high-potential candidates.

Future Plans:

– In the upcoming session, we aim to coach 60 students.

– We will maintain our commitment to excellence by implementing a rigorous two-phase selection process.

– The Trust is also planning to start a preparatory center for national and state-level civil services because, right now in India, the greatest need of our underprivileged and marginalized people is to have efficient and honest policymakers in administrative and judicial services who can implement welfare policy schemes and ensure fair justice, respectively. So, there is a dire need to support these people and future generations for survival. For this, we also talked to some teachers and experts who are in the fields of civil service preparation.
